Nintendo switch picture weirdly pixelated?

I got a nintendo switch but somehow the picture is so pixelated and when I operate it with my finger the screen is immediately dirty. It also feels very rough.

Is that normal

Question: does the screen of your nintendo switch feel rough when you put your fingernail over it?

You don't go over it with your fingernail, that doesn't do anything except scratches in the long run, it's no longer a resistive touchscreen like in the DS family but one that works like a cell phone. It should actually be relatively smooth

It may well be that the screen is rough when you've unpacked it, my recommendation: bulletproof glass! Every time you put it in the dock and take it out, there are small and large scratches on it! I don't know what you mean by the pixelation, the resolution of the display is not high, so you may be able to see pixels.
