Twitch revenue and personal bankruptcy?

I'm relatively successful on twitch. And everyone knows that it can come to sudden donations or even regular income.
my question: how do I deal with it because I'm in private bankruptcy. (Of course I have to give it) but how do I give notice and is it already punishable if I get it on my account? And now? Do I pick it up and bring it to the bankruptcy trustee? I'm so helpless.

Re

There's nothing punishable etc.

Of course you have to report your income to your Loyalty Trader, of course… But still have your exemption limit. Best talk to him about it. But is income what you achieve.

At my TH I was once told that I can keep a certain part, as long as it is just within the tax threshold including all income.

Thanks for the answer. I still have a normal job that is already above the exemption limit. So there's something for me already deducted, so everything from the stream is sure to go there (which is not bad) The main thing it's ok that I have revenue. Nice evening 👍

No of course not. You have to pay as a self-employed even your taxes. All you have to do is win.

and now? Do I pick it up and bring it to the bankruptcy trustee?

No, you transfer the operating profit less the deductible after consultation with the insolvency administrator. In such a case it is particularly important to create correspondingly high tax provisions as needed.

Hi, thanks for the reply. What exactly are tax provisions?

Re

So, everything from streaming is sure to go there

If you're over it, right… Then the revenues fall into the crowd.

This is money which is put aside because it is expected to be needed for tax payments.

Smaller "donations" are allowed under the term donations. You may all give my 12 years a stranger up to 20,000 euro, without that there's something punishable. Converted so about 125 euro per spectator (the same person). If you can prove that other viewers always give you increased sums, then that would not even be self-employment, just streaming and you would get "gifts". (I do not have to pay my money, which I get for Christmas.). But if Twitch starts giving you more than 449.99 euro a month, I would urgently need to talk to a tax accountant.

However in your situation I would try to pay off all debts from the money taken.

Thanks for the long answer! Super explained I'm already a lot smarter
