Why can't I hear anything on Twitch?

Sometimes when I want to watch something on my phone on Twitch (not live), I can't hear anything. But you can still hear something from other apps (if I go out and go to another app). But that is only when I watch something that is not live and always lasts only a few minutes, but it still gets a bit annoying. Does anyone know why this is or how to fix it?

Sometimes it is the case that Twitch has muted some parts of VODs (due to copyright infringement, insults, etc.)

If you look at the PC you can see it well, these places are marked in red and a little hint appears that this part has been muted.
