Streaming Twitch no longer works on Ps4?

I streamed daily on Ps4 and have now become an affiliate after a long time. The problem is now that since I became an affiliate I can no longer stream because I keep getting this error message (see picture). I don't get an answer from Twitch either! Can someone please help me

That's the thing, I'm not. I activated affiliate and then had to activate 2-factor authentication, then I had to add my account again and this did not work. My Ps4 account is also separated on Twitch

It's best to disconnect your PS account from Twitch once. Simply go to Twitch.tv and there in your settings. (Instructions PC: )

If you don't have a PC, you had to see how it is on your mobile phone.

As others say. The message from PSN says that another PSN account has already linked this Twitch account. If my suggestion works, I would recommend that you log off your account anywhere and change the Twitch password.

Write to PlayStation Support. Sounds like a bug on the PS4.
