What happened on Twitch?

I watch the Rust project from all the streamers on YT and only caught the discussion about sexism on Twitter. What exactly happened there? I read something with Tinker and a sexual assault.

Since when can sexual assault take place virtually?!

The only thing I noticed is a woman who obviously didn't understand an insider (understandable if it's an insider lol) and made an elephant out of a mosquito because everyone is so sexist and misogynistic.
