Is this internet value good?
When I stream twitch it hangs all the time.
I don't know my way around very well, but the ping is very high at almost 200, it should be up to a maximum of 50 I think and the upload should be around 20 mbit / s I think. But the ping… Yikes.
No with the ping not it is too high😂
Do you access the internet via Wi-Fi or a network cable? If possible, test again with a cable. The ping is a bit high indeed. For twitch you ideally need an upload of 6-8Mbit / s. You have 12Mbit / s here, so the bandwidth fits first.
50k line is actually the standard in Germany I would say. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether this is good or bad, for me as a gamer it is a little too little, but for normal users it is more than okay.
The ping of 200 is quite high, normally it should be around 20-50. Playing online games would not be feasible with such a ping.

Since you tested your connection to a server in Singapore, that's a pretty good result. And the ping is completely normal. Click on Change Server and test with a server in at least Germany.
I guess I just turn off the not-checked-turn-off-vpn

That's still quite high. Can you ping Google, i.e. 8.8.8.8?

OK, you're the first to not find this. But you never stop learning where other users have their problems. Press Win + R, then Run and there you type in cmd and click OK.

K, then your ping is unfortunately really a bit high. Or is there still some VPN in there?
The VPN is integrated in the Opera browser, I don't think that it has any influence on other programs
