Csgo Katowice stream souvenir drop?

Grade at CsGo is again an Esports tournaments (Katowice 2019)

Since I wanted to ask if you can get souvenir drops on twitch, because I see in the stream no drop counter, as it was usual in the past.

Right now the Minor Qualifiers are still running. Since you can't get any souvenir drops to my knowledge. Only when the actual group phases of the majors start, go with Drops.
