I personally always use YouTube for tutorials on video games where I get stuck or for music, rarely for anything else because I feel much more entertained at Twitch. I always like the atmosphere to interact directly with the streamer and also the interface of the Site somehow more than on YouTube, but how are you there? More Youtube or prefer Twitch?

I use Youtube for videos, Twitch for streams. From the amount of use, both should be pretty similar to me.
Since I watch almost only VOD's, definitely YouTube. If the internet already gives me the opportunity not to have to watch the show on Friday at 8:15 pm that interests me, then I want to take advantage of it. I never understood what the great thing about the Twitch alerts is, they really only annoy me.
When I enter a question on Google, answers / videos always come from youtube.
It's no wonder, of course. Youtube belongs to Google.
