I recently moved, and today I switched off the PC for the first time and connected the WLAN. It works flawlessly with the mobile phone, but on the PC the apps do not need the WLAN. Internet (Chrome, Edge) works. For example, I can't play GTA 5 online (code 202). I can't use Spotify, Twitch and similar apps because there's no connection though the PC is connected to the internet. What could that be and how can you fix it?

I would recommend you to seek help on site.
Disconnect WLAN on the PC or off. Replace the connection with a LAN cable and the problem is off the table. No connection problems, no crashes, fast connection and stable.
