Very annoying twitch problem?

I recently had the problem that my followers on twitch no longer receive any notifications when I go live. Have really tried everything to fix it, can someone help me? Since I have been affiliated, nothing has happened

Twitch bug, even without an affiliate.

You are offline or will be switched offline.
Simply call up your profile once before each stream or set channel & top right to "Online".
