Processing error with Twitch upload?

Today I worked for almost 3 hours on my channel trailer for Twitch. Then wanted to upload it as explained. After uploading it always says: video is being processed and then: processing error. Then I can only remove it. Tried everything and uploaded it according to the official Twitch guidelines. It's a real shame I tried very hard.
