Xbox credit is not deducted?

I have a little problem etc. I uploaded 25 euro credit to my xbox one today. With that I bought myself in the game "Division 2" player credits worth 20 euro but nevertheless it is shown that I still have 25 euro. Then I bought again for 5 euro but it still says I have 25 euro. What's wrong? Someone help?

Probably an ad error, try again to buy something for a few euro, if it doesn't work, the purchase process may take a while, or just a picture error that should go away when you briefly restart the system. If you can, I think you're lucky.
