It's a very interesting question.
The energy requirement of a normal sized domestic cat weighing 4.5 kg is around 315 kcal per day.
If the cat could convert this 315 kcal completely into power, that would be 0.3661 kWh. That means it could consistently produce around 0.5 HP all day. In the short term, she could do more if she spent the rest of the day back.
This is nonsense, of course, because the cat also needs energy to survive.
PS: Horses also have significantly more than 1 PS for a short time. The one horsepower would only be the average for the whole day.
