Skyrim hangs while sprinting?

I have an xBox one the strange thing is when I play Skyrim and sometimes save the game and exit and sometimes start the Xbox, it hangs, then I always have to switch the Xbox on and off then everything goes smoothly normal again?

Seems to be bugs, is that just the game save, or when you create a new one, is the same problem still present?
