How can you ban modders in gta5?

Help a modder (gamertag: MrSystem…) really annoys me, he crashes my Xbox (makes it crash) and insults me as son of a son. Can someone please tell me what I can do about it?

Hi, had a mod menu and you can delete such messages. Just call rockst support and tell them your problem. You can then send everything by email.
