Headset doesn't work (Xbox / PS4)?

Hi

I wanted to play with my headset again but it doesn't work. No sound comes out of the headset. But when I connect this to the PC or iPad, sound comes out and I can also use the microphone.

Can someone help me there?

Can't be. The headset does not work with the Xbox one controller and neither with my new PS4 controller
