How can I play with 4 people on the PC?

So I've tried a few things. Controller emulator loaded on PC to use PS4 controller. It works fine with one, but with 4 it packs a little. I also tried to connect 4 Xbox controllers via Bluetooth, but only one could connect. What else could I try?

Most of the time I either don't use any software to emulate because the games support it or I use x360ce.
