Discord roll bot?

I'm looking for a bot if you eg. On a reaction to a comment that you press the rank, for example. So when the question is: which platform are you playing on?
then as a reaction: PS4 Xbox Pc and when he presses on PC he gets the PC role

The bot has its own web interface, there you can do it under "Reaction Roles". ^^
