I would like to connect the console to a monitor and my Teufel impaq 8000 amplifier. It also works but when I want to change the image setting to 4k I get an error message and only 720p are possible. When I connect the monitor directly to the Xbox it works I have no sound. Hope someone can help me.

You have to set the amplifier 4k for video output if it does not have 4 k then it does not work on the amplifier. So then only 720p.

You have to connect the xbox directly to the monitor and from the monitor to the amplifier via headphone output or chinch

Ok I tried it with the headphone cable via jack and I activated 4k transmission on my amplifier but both do not work. Trotsdem thanks for the answer.

But I meant that the TV must be connected directly to the xbox. And if the TV has no chinch output Dan you can use the headphone output from the TV to the amplifier.

You may have to set on the monitor that the headphone output should act as an audio output. But usually monitor has hdmi.

That means you have to connect the TV with hdmi to xbox, because without hdmi you don't get a 4K either. If you have connected via scart or chinch then you only have 720p.

What kind of outputs does your TV have? 🤔
