Neither nor.

I prefer to play on the PC and I've only used my PS4 to watch movies and it wasn't worth it.

The exclusive games are becoming less interesting for me from year to year anyway.

Therefore I will suspend this generation.

I think I would buy the Xbox. I usually buy the PlayStation about 3 years after the new generation of consoles comes out. But this time I think the Xbox. Simply because Microsoft bought Bethesda and the elder scrolls series is now in Microsoft's hands. But also that you can probably use your Steam account on the Xbox.

An XBOX is useless to me, all games are also available on the PC. Therefore, only the PS5 remains, but I will only buy it when there are good exclusive titles.

unification of pc and console (purchases, saves etc.)
controller backward compatibility
microsoft buys a lot of studios to make the gamepass even better
cheaper (who needs a series x, most of them don't have a 4k television / monitor anyway… A series s is completely sufficient)
