Problems connecting the Xbox controller to the PC?

The Bluetooth connection of my Xbox controller to the PC breaks off constantly (approx. Every 5-10 minutes for a few seconds) that doesn't sound like a lot, but in many games it means death or being discovered for me.

What is that about?
