You have to provide an address for each payment, there are legal reasons. Since this is needed to make you the "bill". You can't handle it.
Xbox Live does not allow you to pay with your balance. This is only for purchases in the store. For Xbox Live, a permanent payment option is a prerequisite because you have a subscription. This is either a credit card or Pay Pal.
Alternatively, if you want to pay by recharge I recommend Xbox Live Gold Recharge Cards. They are available for one, three, six or twelve months.
