Use the headset on Xbox One and PC at the same time?

I'm looking for a headset that I can use on the Xbox One and the PC at the same time. It is important that I can communicate via the PC and only hear the game sound on the Xbox. Can anyone recommend one of these to me, apart from the Astro A40 and 50?

I've never heard that something like this is possible.

But. I had a Tritton 720+, which I plugged into the optical port on the Xbox and the 3.5mm port into the PC. Unfortunately, the headset is broken and therefore does not sit well on the head.
