I would like to use my Android phone as a screen on my Xbox One s. Most search results show the connection via Wi-Fi or just show how I move the screen from my phone to another.
It would be great if jmd knew if that works and if so how does that work.
Maybe someone else has another method. It is important to me that there's no noticeable delay.
No smartphone is known to me in this direction. There are smartphones that support the image output. So you can connect an external screen on your smartphone.
Over the network (WLAN) your plan could be possible. Since I do not use XBox, I know no solution. Here is the increased latency again. Depending on the smartphone, Internet can also access via LAN, so latency is lower again.
There are also mobile screens with built-in battery. There you can connect your XBox via HDMI.
