Gta 5 bonnet camera. (Pc)?

Hi folks I saw in various Yt videos that in Gta you can also set the bonnet camera as a camera. Especially for the jet and heli sometimes fly very helpful. I play on the PC but hardly believe that there are differences in the settings to ps4, xbox etc.
