That's a really good question! I tend to wait for the ps5, but wait and play through all the PS4 games that I still have!
If you like the Playstation Exclusive Games, get the PS5
If you are less interested in them then I recommend the Xbox

The PS5 is only worth it if you like the exclusive games or Japanese games. Otherwise I would recommend the Xbox. The gamepass alone gives you a great offer.
It depends what you want to do.
The XBox Series S has better availability (got it yesterday for 288 euro), the PS5 and Series X are offered overpriced.
I would rather gravitate towards the Xbox.
Sony is worse in terms of price-performance ratio, but of course it depends on which games you want to play, some of which are exclusive on both consoles.
Otherwise, save on a PC.
