Sorry but you really don't have a plan if you think that the number of cores tells how strong a device is. If the single core is super weak, even 30 cores won't do you any good. For 400 euro you won't get anything nearly as strong. The Xbox Series X has 12 terraflops of power for which you can't achieve it without a very powerful graphics card like the Rtx 3070. Even a single AMD processor doesn't do much
