I'm on vacation and wanted to read on a book and organize my papers. Instead, I hang out on the phone every day, even before I get up. My screen time is 8 hours / day on the phone! The rest of the time I'm at the xbox and gamble something. I only do housework roughly. I do take a shower, but I haven't shaved for a week because I'm on the Xbox until 11 p.m.

I hang out in bed on the cell phone for 1 hour in the morning than myself in the morning. Shave for 10 minutes. I also hardly have time to play smart or to wipe through.

What am I to do? Should I fritter away my remaining vacation? If there's work, then I'm never like that!

But you shouldn't just ignore everything. If even the personal hygiene stopped working, I would be very worried!

Also have vacation and do the same according to samsung digital probably… Something my screen time is even the same 8h you just use your vacation to relax no more that has nothing to do with throwing away life personally I currently only sleep every other day

Well, I don't see it as tragic now. It is important how you write when you are at work or have some (don't know if you also have a home office like me) that you are not like that. That means: You can do your duty and are not fundamentally dependent. You may try gradually to put off some activities that you have online in order to look forward to them again afterwards. So now: go shave, then do something on your mobile phone or play. You can also play the piano or do household chores in between. You are in a good mood when you have a lot to do and this challenges you positively. I now always listen to music in addition to vacuuming. That encourages me. I already had thoughts similar to yours on vacation, but then I said to myself: You are free now and the day should be filled with things that you enjoy doing. You can do the household half as well, that's still enough.

It may not be that serious, but you urgently need to change something! Make a daily schedule in which you plan your activities (yes, this also includes time on the www and with the smartphone and of course times when you play with your paddle console. These are even the "most important" times / dates!) Between all these things that you do all the time anyway, you place the other, less popular things. That brings real structure to your day.

Do this plan for several days or even a week. And be sure to stick to the times. Completed things are checked off (= success). Do you have a large A3 drawing pad? Make the weekly schedule on it and hang it somewhere clearly visible on the wall so that you can always see what's coming up next. Build in at least twice every day: go out of the house / apartment and walk "around the block" once, preferably at least 1,000 meters, preferably a multiple of that, it will not harm you in any case. Exercise in the fresh air is extremely important! To work z. B. Simply get into the habit of getting off / boarding one station earlier / later and thus automatically covering a longer distance on foot. If possible, do not just sit in the office all the time, but get up as often as possible and at least take a few steps around (and go out for one of your walks during the break)!
