Xbox controller one I have to have a battery so that the view connects to the pc because the cable works, but if it is connected to the cable, does it not connect to Bluetooth?

Sure you broke batteries or a rechargeable battery.

If it does not work when connecting via Bluetooth, you have to check whether your PC has Bluetooth at all. If he has Bluetooth have a look on Youtube there are numerous tutorials on how to connect him. You can also buy a USB stick to connect the controller, but is not necessary if you have the other two options.

So Bluetooth I just didn't get a battery, just a charging cable, and when I do Bluetooth nothing happens, I have to switch off the charging cable but then it has no more juice
