I would rather first see if it is even suitable for consoles and if so you should just be able to put it in.

Since the audio driver installation on an XBox One is NOT possible (due to the operating system), it is unfortunately not possible to use a USB headset, unless you buy an adapter for the controller.

As far as I know, the Xbox does not support USB headsets. Because no sound output via USB is possible.

A headset with a jack, optical cable or wireless is required, which are connected like a controller.
