I personally believe in it because Sony stated on the Playstation website that the Ps5 will manage 8k (ka whether upscaled) and will do 4k at 120Hz. Developers say their games will run at 4k60hz in boost mode on the Ps5.

The performance of the normal PS5 is probably not even enough for smooth 4k without tricks.
It's probably not even native 4K inside with 60fps. Which wouldn't really be an upgrade from the Ps4 to Ps5
