Not easily possible. Your Bluetooth receiver is programmed on the hardware side for your receiver. The effort that you would have to prepare for a hardware engineer would be just as expensive as a used small car.

Yes, maybe, but "Your Bluetooth receiver is programmed for your receiver on the hardware side." it is not programmed for the receiver I mean if I put the stick in the PC I can use the keyboard there too I just want to use the xbox controller instead of the keyboard on the pc from there the receiver is programmed to the keyboard but it is a bluetooth receiver and the software has to be technically changeable (maybe my question was asked badly)

Your Bluetooth USB dongle is hardware-coded for your keyboard. It only knows this one keyboard that you own. If one is broken, you can throw the other away.
There's no software that simply makes your keyboard dongle compatible with your Xbox controller. It is possible but very complex and can only be implemented by hardware engineers.

Bluetooth is like wireless and shines in different channels so that many Bluetooth devices do not interfere with each other within a small space. There are different frequencies that of your controller and that of your dongle.
There are PCs or notebooks with WLAN modules that can support these frequencies and also support an Xbox controller without an adapter, but this is only possible with Windows 10 because it emulates this coding.
Your dongle is Chinese for your controller and will never support it.
