Good TV for gambling?

Requirements are:

-There should be a UHD TV

-low input lag (for shooter)

Ca. 50 inches does not have to be anymore

-Evtl 100 Hz?

Be in the price range that even a trainee can afford it.

The console is the Xbox One X.
