So yesterday I got a new Xbox 360 and GTA V installed and then came at once the error message "disk can't be read" I was kidding felt you can help me?

Disk or xbox out… Or just make the disk clean… Had the case that somebody has for example inserted the disk the wrong way around… Do not want to doubt your competence now… But you never know

Either the disc is defective or the drive. The 360 can't be "NEW" considering that the production was discontinued years ago.
