With a pre-order, will the money be paid during or at the release?

I have pre-ordered FIFA 21 it is also in my purchase history in the xbox, but I still have my money in the account, I'm just lucky or the money will still be deducted

At Amazon e.g. It will be debited on release. Guess XBox does the same thing.

The invoice amount is due upon performance; so the system only debits the payment when the software is available.

I have probably already installed the game when I want to play it, the date of the release comes, but in principle I already have it
