Xbox app doesn't count game hours?

I currently have the problem that my Xbox app no longer counts the hours of play. This has not changed for a few days

Does anyone have an idea why this could be, or where I can look up the game hours?

Happens with some players where there's an online as well as offline mode. There's nothing you can do?

Funny that it happens exactly with one of the best programmed titles.
