Why are there hardly / no Tetris games for XBox?

The Playstation has only recently received Tetris Effect as title and now the PC. In a comment I had read how someone made a joke about the upcoming XBox title. Why is that?

That's just because more people are working with Sony and not with Microsoft.

And why is Sony so preferred? (Sorry I live behind the moon or something, but has tax benefits.)
