Can you only buy games for Xbox one s all digital in the store or on amazon and ebay with code? Or where can I get games with code outside of the xbox store? I would like to get black ops 3 but don't see one in the store paying 70 euro for it.

Hei also had an Xbox one S all digital I was constantly looking for online and eBay normal, Amazon could possibly have codes. But not for every game like Call of Duty or other well-known games? I know it is a real shame, but well, they have a funny way of doing it digitally and there are no codes anywhere in the shop.
