Buy Xbox 360 games on One?

I get straight to the point. My problem is every time I try to buy 360 games (also free gold games) on One and on pc I'm always told: "This shopping platform requires an invoice account. Add a valid payment method. They won't be charged for a free item. " Can I get around this somehow or do I need to add a credit card?
