Hello wanted to play Fortnite earlier and found that all my friends have disappeared from my list. Games on the XBox One X.

I think your Fortnite is bending over. For me it was 5 days ago or so too (play Xbox one s). The problem was resolved the next day, however. Maybe it is the same with you.
Yesterday / today there were many problems. Friends list is empty (not mine), gold bars are at 0, infinite loading screens, it's difficult to get in in rounds. Epic Games is trying to counter this.
That's right or there are still mega long loading screens (for creative mode) and then you spawn on a mini island
Fortnite also tweeted something about it tonight. Was an error, has now been fixed.
