Xbox one parental controls?

My father set up a child search on my xbox one. I want to buy Gamepass ultimate with an existing xbox credit, but then I get this message:

You need your parents for this purchase.

We can't send a request for this, so you'll have to ask differently.

A hug and a "please" often work wonders!

Ask your father or try to find the code to set.

But as far as I know you can't avoid it

Don't your parents allow you to use Game Pass?

Allow yes but I can't email the permission to ask for permission like I usually do
