Did Sony Worcklich say that they want to publish games for PC etc from now on, but also Xbox if so, Spider-Man Ps4 could also come to Xbox and PC

If games are normal as retail or via platforms such as Steam, Epic, ect. Look, this has absolutely nothing to do with the Xbox.
