Sims 3 to mac transfer?

I have the Sims 3 for the Xbox which I can't play on so I wanted to ask if there's a way to "transfer" this game somehow. (I hope you understand what I mean because I don't know exactly how to phrase it)

There are certainly options to copy your game status from your xbox to a stick, but it would not be compatible with the Mac (if you also have the game there) because the xbox runs with Windows and the Mac with MacOs, which are two completely different operating systems.
