I'm looking for an Xbox One headset for under 150 euro, the design doesn't really matter, but it should support 7.1 surround sound for XBOX and be glasses wearer friendly. I thought of the Turtle Beach Staelth 700 2nd Gen but I think it only supports 7.1 sound for the PC. Should I buy a wired headset for the budget? (I mainly just play Rainbow Six Siege)

In principle, headphones can only play stereo as there are only two sound sources.
7.1 does not mean 7.1 without a reason. Because there are 7 sound sources.
I would recommend Dolby Atmos for the Xbox, as far as I know it costs 16 euro.
In terms of headphone technology, the Xbox Wireless Headset from Microsoft would probably be the best Xbox headset you can currently get.
I know that it is not a real 7.1 but only virtual. I've had headphones like this before and I'm of the opinion that they have a much better sound and make it easier to locate the opponents.
Try out Dolby Atmos, but this compressed virtual 7.1 sound is nothing.
