Playstation 5 controller with Bluetooth?

On the Xbox One, the controller kept losing connection to the console on its own, which is why I will switch. I heard that the controller on the Playstation 4 is connected via Bluetooth. That's not the case on Xbox. Do you know how to connect the Playstation 5 controller to the console? I really don't want to have to play with a cable controller again and again.
