Are there anime cars for xbox 360 in gta?

My question is what the title says if there are such cars for xbox 360 because Rockstar has left out a lot from xbox 360 like renny's original tuning workshop or bunker or similar?

As far as I know, the first PRB car was the Sultan RS, which was only added with the Lowrider update. So you don't have access to it on Xbox 360.
