I have a question. A friend of mine has no sound on the Xbox One s with either a headset or headphones. He looked up and the sound should actually fit, but he does not. Things like restarting a console or changing controllers did not help either.

Maybe someone would have an idea what this could be

Have you looked under the volume settings whether the volume is at 0?
