Forza Horizon 3 account can't connect to the cloud?

I have the problem recently that I can't enter Forza Horizon 3 anymore. When I start the game and hit Enter to get into the game, it says, "Your data can't be synced to the cloud right now." I have 2 options to continue. Either "play offline" or "try again". If I click on "Try again", then this message comes over and over again. Now, when I go to "play offline", the headline says "changed profile" and description "The profile you have logged in has been changed and the game is over." If you wish to continue playing, please restart the application. " I can reboot as often as I want, this window always pops up. But I have to mention that I have changed the email and password of my Microsoft account. I'm already logged in to Microsoft OneDrive and all the other Microsoft and XBox services you need for it. I also reinstalled the game, but everything was hopeless. Can someone help me?
