I can no longer play Fn on my PC?

I have not been able to play Fortnite for days because when I join a round I'm kicked out again and can't play a game on any other account, I assume an Ip ban. Today I started the game on my Xbox and there I was able to play, so I wonder how is that possible and how could I maybe play on the PC again.

Do you happen to be using a VPN (Virtual Private Network). Fortnite doesn't allow that.
