Is it possible if at Minecraft one person plays with the controller and the second with a keyboard and mouse. So that the keyboard and mouse are considered a single player. So that you then play in split-screen mode.

With the Bedrock Edition this shouldn't be a problem. But if you mean the Xbox One Edition, (the older Minecraft game - there are 2 Minecraft games for the One) then that doesn't work because the One Edition does not support a mouse and keyboard.

You don't have to have split screen gaming, you know? The Bedrock can also be played locally via LAN cable or Wi-Fi. If your buddy has a PC, a switch or a cell phone, you and he can connect in a Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi network itself does not need Internet! Just note that both Minecraft games have the same current version. With Xbox, PC, PS4 and Switch you can even play via LAN cable, which makes the local network more stable. If your friend has the cell phone version but doesn't like it because of the touchscreen, he can connect the controller to the smartphone. (assuming it is a 2nd generation Xbox controller)

Where can I still help?

Gladly, and Sorry btw. I try to explain it properly, which means that my answers end in a novel 😂
